Shipping Policy

Availability

We offer delivery service within Singapore only, we deliver to residential address only. For delivery to commercial addresses, such as shopping center, office buildings, please contact us at cs@inkagu.com for a quotation.. Our delivery service does not include assembly service nor disposal service. Our deliveries will be scheduled into different time slots (e.g, 10am to 12pm, 4pm to 6pm), and we’re unable to deliver at specific timing (like 10am, 4pm). We deliver to about 10 places per truck a day. If we are delayed by a customer our subsequent deliveries will be delayed. So do your part in the prep work and help us be on time. 

In the event of delay in delivery due to unforeseen situations, Inkagu reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subjected to availability of next delivery slot.

Assembly charges are separate from delivery charges.

We take 4-8 weeks to ship from our China warehouses.

Shipping Fees

Our delivery charges are intended to cover the processing of your order, handling and packing the products, and finally delivering them to you. We charge per trip or you can choose to collect at our warehouse located at 25 Tagore Lane. Self collections are only on weekends.

Our items are produced by a number of factories; therefore they will arrive our warehouse at different times. If you would like your items to be separated into multiple delivery trips, additional delivery fees apply to each trip. 

Preparation At Your Side

Our Customer Service representative will contact you by email or WhatsApp once goods have reached our warehouse. A series of suggested delivery or collection times will be given. 

Please make sure you have provided the correct address to us, all undelivered orders will be returned to our warehouse and restocked. To reschedule for a delivery to the correct delivery address, we will contact you to arrange for the next available delivery with a restocking fee of $100.

Please inform your condominium security or management of the delivery. If we are turned away we will charge you for the repeat delivery. Inform us if there are delivery restrictions. Also inform us if there are height restrictions for the loading bays. The more details we have the better. WhatsApp us photos by all means.

Please ensure clear passage for the delivery. Remove fragile items and dangerous items. Our personnel's safety is your responsibility while in your home.

We deliver to the nearest lift level or ground floor, additional $10 per floor will apply if need to carry through staircase. In the event that our delivery team has difficulty in accessing your apartment through the elevator at the point of delivery, we will assess the feasibility for the bulky item to be carried up through the staircase in a non-hazardous manner. If the process is deemed hazardous, (i.e. items prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway), and deemed unfeasible based on our assessment; we reserve the right to cancel the delivery. All items to be returned to us shall be restocked and refunded, less delivery and restocking fee.

If you are not present to receive the item and result in returning the orders back to our warehouse, our Customer Service team will schedule for another delivery or a refund, with a restocking fee $100.

You may reschedule the delivery 24 hours before the delivery date, the delivery will be allocated to the next available delivery slots. For rescheduling of delivery within 24 hours of agreed delivery, we will contact you to arrange for the next available delivery with a restocking fee of $100.
